Spring Equinox - Synergy of Sound Journey

Using sacred sound healing instruments and the rhythm of the drum, we'll be connecting in with the pulse of the Earth's Schumann Resonance, and into the energetic roadmap of this year's Spring Equinox. This Sacred Sound Journey will allow us to shift from stress to a relaxed alpha brain state and root into the Earth energies, bringing us a deep sense of inner peace, security and strength.
The Spring Equinox celebrates the beginning of the astrological year, as we enter Aries season. It’s an energy of awakening, rebirth and growth. The Equinox has long been considered a sacred time of creating balance and working in harmony with Mother Nature. The days and nights are of equal length, opening a magical portal of darkness and light; an opportunity to balance the duality of our shadow side with our divine essence.
