Autumn Equinox - Synergy of Sound Journey

Using sacred sound healing instruments and the rhythm of the drum, we'll be guided into the energies of this Autumn Equinox- a portal for recalibration. This equinox will ask us to bring harmony to our inner world as we prepare for the slower, more inward rhythm of autumn and winter. This Sacred Sound Journey, led by Lisa, will allow us to shift from stress to a relaxed alpha brain state and root into the Earth energies, bringing us a deep sense of inner peace, security and strength.

During the Autumn Equinox, the days and nights are of roughly equal length and the celestial equator is in perfect alignment with the sun. The Equinox marks the beginning of Libra Season; creating an equilibrium on the planet, balancing the forces of day and night, dark and light. It is a magical time, when we can tune in and balance our energy centers, using the rhythms of Mother Earth.
